Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Asset Manager is a pivotal position in planning, managing and delivering building assets. This opportunity allows you to make an impact while working in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead capital works and preventative maintenance programs to ensure building assets meet community needs.
  • Critically assess demand across the portfolio, conduct condition assessments, scope works and manage contractors.
  • Provide support and advice to stakeholders shaping decisions that impact the built environment.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering Architecture or equivalent experience in asset management.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Construction Induction (White Card).
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management and managing consultants.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
