Job Overview

The Council is seeking a Senior Assets and Buildings professional to lead the planning, management, and delivery of building assets.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Asset Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence and Construction Induction (White Card).
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management, managing consultants, and WHS practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
