Are you an experienced asset management professional ready to take your career to the next level? Georges River Council is seeking a skilled Senior - Assets & Buildings to play a pivotal role in the planning, management, and delivery of building assets.

What We Offer
  • Permanent, Full-Time position – 70 hours per fortnight
  • Salary range $113, $131,313.08 per annum, plus 12% superannuation, plus market allowance provision to be negotiated based on skills and experience
  • 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance

What We're Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Asset Management, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Consultants
  • Understanding of risk allocation and the management of WHS in the workplace
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of EEO policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience with forward works programming, financial control, and budget preparation
  • Sound knowledge of PC applications software
  • Sound knowledge of appropriate Australian Standards
