About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Crossmark Australia. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving campaign success, managing client relationships, and building strong partnerships with our clients in the consumer electronics space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Campaign Success: Collaborate with the Client Manager and team to brief and execute campaigns for consumer electronics clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives from start to finish.
  • Client Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for key accounts, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure program success.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Maintain regular communication with clients through weekly and monthly check-ins, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing transparent weekly/monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and solutions for challenges and opportunities.
  • Financial Accountability: Handle invoicing, forecasting, and ensure margin levels are maintained, keeping both client and company financial goals in check.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated agency/retail experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business experience is mandatory.
  • Time management skills.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills is a must (experience with V-lookups/pivot tables is essential).
