Event Planning and Execution Specialist

As an Event Planner and Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations across various regions.
About the Role- Organize and execute a variety of events, including hospitality, technical, and internal office events, as well as virtual events across different platforms.
- Provide on-site support for events, including travel as required.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences and enhancing the brand reputation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution, including project management and multitasking.
- Competent in working with external suppliers, such as venues, AV, and caterers.
