Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Planning Specialist to join our team. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and group bookings.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Foster strong relationships with sales and marketing teams to provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio visual equipment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase revenue.
- Minimum 2 years experience in event planning or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
