Event Planning Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to deliver high-quality events across various industries. Our team partners with organizations to execute their annual programs, ranging from private dinners to multi-day events.
The ideal candidate will leverage our event technology ecosystem to work with corporate clients, plan successful events, and contract suppliers within set deadlines.
- Proposal Development: Qualify client briefs, create tailored proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate costs, and secure event contracts.
- Pitch Presentation: Confidently present and pitch event proposals to stakeholders, handling feedback and objections, and providing creative solutions.
- Sales Performance: Drive monthly sales targets via the event pipeline, up-selling both suppliers and event management services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, demonstrating attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills.
