About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to join our Events Team. This role involves coordinating and executing events, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute events with the Events Team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Provide event administration support for the Events Team.

Requirements:

Australian Citizenship or permanent residency of Australia, or an appropriate visa that allows you to work unrestricted in Australia.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that oversees the delivery of over 700 events a year. If you have experience in event planning, logistics, and customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role might be for you.

As a key member of our team, you will bring your passion for providing luxury service to a large-scale venue, and have the ability to both lead and work harmoniously as part of a larger team to deliver extraordinary events.
