Our client, a well-established and respected builder, is expanding into a new business arm and seeking a Management Accountant to work in a standalone capacity for this new business unit - a fully automated robotics production line.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy in stock records and optimizing inventory turnover to minimize costs.
  • Monitor production costs, analyze cost variances, and suggest cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monitor cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support pricing, cost-benefit decisions, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and refine accounting processes, particularly for inventory management, to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**

  • CPA or CA qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of management accounting experience, with expertise in inventory and stock control.
  • Exposure working in Construction, Building Materials, Manufacturing, Robotics, or similar industries would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone role.
