Job Title: Invoicing and Billing Officer

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing and Billing Officer to join our client's finance team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing and billing process, ensuring timely and accurate payment from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices into the system and raise invoices and receipts in a timely manner
  • Review accounts payable entries to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies in creditor accounts
  • Manage direct debit for utilities accounts and assist clients with accounts payable-related queries
  • Perform other administration and accounts duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Billings/ AP domain
  • Analytic approach, problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
  • Proactive and steady approach
