Academy Manager

The Manager, Linfox Academy, is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Driver and Warehouse Academy programs across Australia and New Zealand.

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality training that equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive and advance within the business.

• Develop innovative training programs that incorporate emerging technologies and modern instructional methodologies.
• Apply a diversity and inclusion lens across all academy programs to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
• Work collaboratively with HR administration, operations trainers, and site management to ensure accurate record-keeping for all academy activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align training initiatives with broader business goals.

• Current Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale training programs, preferably in logistics, transport, supply chain or a related industry.
• Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion within training and workforce development programs.
• Strong background in data analytics and performance measurement in training contexts.
• Experience with using Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
