About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Care Connect. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal grooming and hygiene assistance
  • Assisting with medication reminders
  • Supporting with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assisting with food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation
  • Providing mobility assistance within the home and local community

You will also be responsible for prioritizing the well-being of our clients and providing a strong care factor at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a fantastic attitude, great active listening skills, and a genuine interest in helping others. You will also need to have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or a Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing. A driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance are also essential.
