About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with daily living activities, such as cleaning, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Help customers with medication management and mobility assistance
  • Offer respite and emotional support to customers and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
