About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Care Connect. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal grooming and hygiene assistance
  • Provide medication reminders and support with daily living activities
  • Assist with domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide mobility assistance
  • Prepare meals and assist with food shopping

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
