Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced In-Home Care Professional to join our team in the XXXXXXX area. As a Casual employee, you'll have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and hours that suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping, social support, transport, and medication management.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as getting up, showered, and dressed, as well as mobility and therapy goals.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to customers and their families.
Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
  • The ability to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and knowing when to ask for help.

Selection Process

Before joining our team, we will conduct a National Police Check/Right to Work, functional fitness assessment, and confirm evidence of COVID vaccination.

You will also complete a short online assessment from Vervoe to see what a day in the life of our Home Care Worker will be like.
