About the Role

Care Connect is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Worker to provide essential care services to our clients in North Sydney, Chatswood, Lindfield, Cremorne, and surrounding areas.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will deliver personalized care to our clients, including personal grooming and hygiene assistance, medication reminders, domestic duties, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes and local community
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as required
  • Perform domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation
  • Provide mobility assistance and support
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home and Community Care
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Excellent communication skills and good spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in care work is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential
