About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Advisor to lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks that promote psychological safety and wellbeing across our diverse workforce.

You will work closely with People and Culture, Safety, and operational leaders to:

  1. - Design and deliver mental health strategies aligned with best practice and legislative compliance.
  2. - Analyze organizational data to identify psychosocial hazards and recommend improvements.
  3. - Provide expert advice on case management, return to work, and reasonable adjustments.
  4. - Lead organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and training programs.
  5. - Manage external wellbeing service providers and ensure quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • - Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field.
  • - Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar advisory or strategic wellbeing role.
  • - Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk, mental health legislation, and injury management.
  • - Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills.
