We're on a transformative journey—and we're looking for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor to help shape a mentally healthy, resilient, and thriving workforce.

About the Role

As our Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you'll lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks that promote psychological safety, reduce psychosocial risks, and embed a culture of wellbeing across our diverse workforce.

You will work closely with People & Culture, Safety, and operational leaders to:

- Design and deliver mental health and wellbeing strategies aligned with best practice and legislative compliance
- Analyse organisational data to identify psychosocial hazards and recommend improvements
- Provide expert advice on case management, return to work, and reasonable adjustments
- Lead organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and training programs
- Manage external wellbeing service providers and ensure quality outcomes
- Champion a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement

About you and what you bring

Essential:

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar advisory or strategic wellbeing role
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk, mental health legislation, and injury management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills
- Current Driver's Licence

Desirable:

- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
- Experience in aged care, community services, or child and family services
