Mental Health & Wellbeing Expert Opportunity
We are seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Advisor to lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks that promote psychological safety, reduce psychosocial risks, and embed a culture of wellbeing across our diverse workforce.
This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in mental health, psychology, or a related field, who has experience in designing and delivering mental health and wellbeing strategies aligned with best practice and legislative compliance.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to analyse organisational data, identify psychosocial hazards, and recommend improvements. They will also provide expert advice on case management, return to work, and reasonable adjustments, as well as lead organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and training programs.
About You- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar advisory or strategic wellbeing role
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk, mental health legislation, and injury management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills
- Current Driver's Licence
