Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Operations Coordinator to join our team.

  • Responsibilities will include monitoring and managing mining equipment from a central control room, coordinating haulage, responding to system alerts and operational issues, maintaining communication with on-site personnel, ensuring production targets and using specialized software and control systems remotely.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient operation of mining equipment and processes, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact production or safety.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with on-site personnel, including engineers, operators, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth operation and resolve any issues promptly.
  • System Management: Utilize specialized software and control systems to monitor and manage mining equipment, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in mine operations, preferably in a control room environment, or similar exposure in fleet or logistics environments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: Hold a current driver's license and have reliable transportation, live within 45 minutes of the city location.
