**Job Title:** Underground Mining Operations Coordinator **About the Role:The Tritton mine has a long history of underground operations, and we are continually looking for ways to improve our processes. We have transitioned to a hub-and-spoke model, allowing ore to be transported from multiple operations to our centralized mill.This is part of our innovative approach, ensuring the continued and future success of our mining operations.We are seeking an experienced UG hardrock mining leader to join our team as a key coordinator, responsible for safe production.The role involves coordinating statutory supervisors and crews to achieve weekly and monthly targets in compliance with NSW Mines and Petroleum legislation.**Responsibilities:**• Coordinating statutory supervisors and crews to ensure safe production and compliance with NSW Mines and Petroleum legislation.• Achieving weekly and monthly targets for compliance with plans.• Collaborating with the Mining Superintendent on resource allocation and task management.• Working closely with teams to maintain continuity of mining operations.**Requirements:• Experience in UG hardrock mining leadership or coordination.• Strong understanding of NSW Mines and Petroleum legislation.• Excellent communication and leadership skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.**Our Culture:**At Aeris Resources, we value our people as our most valuable asset.
