Job Title:

Workforce Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Workforce Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact and provide high-level service by coordinating frontline employees' availability and rostering unallocated shifts.

You will ensure participants have frontline workers available to support them. This is a permanent part-time position requiring 3-4 days per week in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Flexibility to work shifts rostered between 5:00am and 10:00pm, and 2 weekends in a 6-week rotating roster.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a high-volume workload, and meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail to enter data on multiple platforms.
