About the Role:

You will provide expert guidance on people issues, workplace investigations, and performance management. You'll work closely with leadership teams to ensure compliance with policies, practices, and relevant legislation. Your experience in HR and IR will help us maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Your Skills and Experience:

We're looking for someone with prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You'll have a strong understanding of human resources management issues, employment law, and relevant legislation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential.
