Brand Campaigns Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Campaigns Advisor to join our Brand team at Bupa. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of all Masterbrand integrated brand campaign activity in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Senior Manager Brand Campaigns to champion the Australian Masterbrand creative platform, Healthcaring, throughout the Australian business and support its continued application across all markets in Australia.
- Support the Brand Strategy team in the management and application of brand tools, guidelines, and assets, including our brand portal, Bupa Inspire.
- Assist in the development of campaign strategy and plans together with key business units and collaborate on execution. Undertake robust reporting and monitoring to demonstrate the performance of campaigns and to inform future activity.
- Work with agency partners (creative, media, strategy, activation, etc).
- Support the activation of Brand-led sponsorship activity via the management of assets and roll out of partner activities.
- Work closely alongside the Senior Manager Brand Campaigns to collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders to gain their input, alignment, and support.
- Act as a key contact point for agency partners and vendors to facilitate application and roll out of creative campaigns and brand properties (eg. Paralympics Australia sponsorship).
- Act as a brand partner to internal stakeholders by providing support to businesses and functions, so that we better achieve our desired brand positioning and achieve consistency and coherence across all expressions of the Bupa brand.
- Regular administration and financial management including budgeting and invoices, and administration of brand and campaign assets.
- With guidance from the Senior Manager Brand Campaigns, work on special projects to support the Brand Strategy team that require campaigns input, working closely with Brand Manager and/or working closely with internal colleagues and external agencies.

Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field of study
- 2+ Years experience working in marketing, advertising, design, content creation
- Interest in or knowledge of marketing, media, or brand design
- Strong organisational skills, proactive, and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly, both independently and within a range of teams
- Excellent stakeholder and communications skills
