Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead and coordinate service strategies in functional areas, ensuring continuous improvement and upholding the unique needs of each client.

This role will involve:

  • Improving our service and meeting Accreditation Standards through collaborative working with the team
  • Facilitating the development of the team to support clients and their families
  • Assigning work allocations based on team members' skills and abilities
  • Advocating for clients and their families to enable choice and decision making
  • Interpreting audits and data to identify trends and implement improvements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with the team to improve service delivery
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to meet accreditation standards
  • Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team
  • Identifying and addressing gaps in service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in aged or community care, preferably as a division 1 Nurse with a current registration with AHPRA
  • Knowledge of AN-ACC and ability to adapt to changing age care sector requirements
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement
