About the role
An opportunity for an experienced RN, to undertake this senior position within the Primary and Preventative Health Division of WDHS. The Manager of Community Nursing Services reports directly to the Divisional Director and is responsible for overseeing the community nursing service, including district and community health nursing.
This role is responsible for the operational, clinical, and strategic oversight of the Community Nursing service, ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and alignment with health policy and funding requirements. Key responsibilities include administration and reporting, workforce and quality management, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and promoting WDHS's values and strategic goals within the community.

Bachelor of Nursing (essential)
Post - Grad Qualification (desirable)
5 Years experience

Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check, Working with Children Check Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements.
