Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage service orders, maintain accurate records, oversee database updates, provide phone support, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate job scheduling for recall repair and service.
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor purchase orders.
  • Offer level 1 technical assistance over the phone.
  • Generate quotes and work orders for service contracts.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and organize field service visits in consultation with the Service Manager and project manager.
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering, transferring, and maintenance.
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide support across all functions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in software support.
  • Provide client support for automation solutions.
  • Anticipate and identify customer needs, including client and pharmacy representatives.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP Systems.
