
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our Client Success team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving growth and revenue.
The Client Success team follows a philosophy of ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to understand and surface clients' business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify effective ways to support clients in making right decisions for their businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and developing relationships with various clients across multiple business functions.
- Introducing our services and capabilities to new clients and communicating value to decision-makers.
- Facilitating client calls, understanding client priorities, and recommending programs of action that drive high value and return on investment.
- Collaborating with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value we deliver to clients.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A proven track record of success fueled by passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
