Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our North Sydney office. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with our Grants Coordinator to deliver tailored funding solutions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with target clients to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
- Engage in telemarketing and sales activities to convert leads into valuable business opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage client agreements, ensuring compliance and timely follow-up for payments.
- Work closely with the Grants Coordinator to identify funding and award opportunities for clients.
- Communicate our value propositions effectively by maintaining in-depth product knowledge.
- Represent us at networking events, industry conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and have experience in building and maintaining client relationships while understanding their unique needs.
