Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Transformation Officer to lead the transformation of our People & Culture function nationally. This pivotal position will be responsible for the strategic creation and delivery of the People and Culture function nationally, driving significant improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful person will be required to provide strategic HR and operational support, whilst building and promoting a positive work culture in line with our brand and values. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a people-centred strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to Branch Managers to create champions of change within their teams.
  • Driving the development of new ways of working to help improve, digitalize, and modernise our business operations from top to bottom.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering people & culture transformations within complex organisations.
  • Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and ability to recognise different levels of cultural maturity.
  • Proven ability to design and implement culture engagement strategies and projects.
  • A deep understanding of the complexity that M&As bring to the People & Culture function of a business.
