About the Role

A visionary leader is required to drive technology modernisation, cybersecurity, and data innovation as the Chief Information Officer of Digital, Technology & Security function. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll shape and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with business goals, drive digital transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and cyber resilience.

The CIO will position technology as a business enabler, championing a high-performance culture, driving operational resilience, and enhancing customer and employee experience through fit-for-purpose digital solutions. This includes:

  • Leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise IT systems and capabilities
  • Overseeing cybersecurity, compliance, and information governance across the organisation
  • Managing large budgets, strategic vendors, and complex ICT portfolios (including SAP)
  • Building high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Championing enterprise data strategy, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ensuring seamless, secure, and productive digital workplace experiences

You are a seasoned technology executive with over a decade of experience leading enterprise-wide ICT functions within complex, 24/7 operational environments.
