Chief Digital Transformation Leader

This role is responsible for driving the digital agenda of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the ICT Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's digital priorities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Digital Services team, building and maintaining stakeholder partnerships to drive collaborative delivery of customer-focused digital outcomes.
  • Drive technology outcomes, actively supporting and participating as a member of the Digital Steering Committee and Working Group.
Key Requirements:
  • Strategic and technical expertise in information management, asset management, open data, and Information Security Management System policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and practices.
  • Ability to influence organizational culture and practices to ensure ICT governance and assurance activities are integrated into the business both strategically and operationally.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, presentation, and consultation skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence relationships with key stakeholders across all levels.
