This is not a traditional ERP and infrastructure role, this opportunity requires a modern technologist and strategic leader to drive innovation, performance, and growth in one of the world's most dynamic resource settings.About the RoleAs CIO, you will:Lead the design and execution of a group-wide IT and digital transformation strategy, aligning technology with long-term corporate and operational goals.Drive enterprise ERP implementation (SAP and other core platforms) to enhance integration, efficiency, and business-wide decision-making.Oversee enterprise-critical systems (ERP, GIS, fleet management, ore tracking) while embedding advanced solutions such as IoT, AI, and predictive analytics into operations.Champion cybersecurity, data governance, and digital resilience, safeguarding operations across mine sites, processing plants, and corporate offices.Drive automation, digital mining, and smart sensor adoption to improve productivity, safety, and operational performance.Build and inspire high-performing IT teams that embrace innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.What We're Looking ForA modern digital leader with deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and data engineering.Proven track record of ERP implementation and digital transformation at scale.A transformational CIO who can build and scale high-performing teams, and influence Board-level stakeholders.A strategic storyteller able to sell and embed a compelling digital vision across the business.Minimum 15 years in senior IT leadership roles, including recent success as a CIO or equivalent, ideally within mining, energy, or heavy industry.Why This Opportunity?
