About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our External Fulfillment (EF) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and expanding EF fulfillment in Australia, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the development of customer-centric fulfillment solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Contribute and lead expansion projects within the Australia External Fulfillment to support business and selection growth.
  • Scope, develop, and implement end-to-end technical/business solutions for EF expansion.
  • Own the performance of the EF nodes and be responsible for the success of sellers onboarded in EF programs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Proven ability to own/drive roadmap strategy and definition, as well as experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets and using appropriate software tools.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $180,000 AUD, based on industry standards and market conditions.
