Job Overview

As a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager, you will be responsible for launching and expanding External Fulfillment (EF) in Australia. This is a diverse and challenging role that requires a strong aptitude for building partnerships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business.


You will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment, advocating for our sellers with partners who have competing priorities.


Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to and lead expansion projects within EF to support business growth and selection expansion


- Scope, develop, and implement end-to-end technical/business solutions for EF expansion


- Own the performance of EF nodes and be responsible for the success of sellers on-boarded in EF programs


- Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives with internal and external stakeholders


- Prioritize projects and software feature requests, evaluate, and set stakeholder expectations


- Ensure requirements and resources are available for each integration to deliver success


- Develop and maintain strong communication processes for smooth and efficient information flow across Amazon teams


- Support and manage critical relations with external partners from project initiation to execution and train them to Amazon processes


Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent


- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition


- Experience with end-to-end product delivery


- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product


- Experience as a product manager or owner


- Experience owning technology products


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


- Experience influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights


- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
