Senior Product Manager, Cards Fulfilment Modernisation Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the Cards Fulfilment Modernisation initiative. As a key member of the Credit Cards Crew, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless banking experience for our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the origination modernisation initiative, including understanding key break points in the current Credit Card origination process and Credit Limit Increase process.
- Lead and coordinate multiple streams across the delivery of the origination modernisation initiative, including managing cross-squad dependencies and ensuring end-to-end delivery.
- Build and manage the customer communication strategy, including the Ceba and Messaging channels, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify trends, customer breakpoints, regulations, and competitive landscape through market research and analytics.
- Proactively manage risks, including performance of regular controls, identification of issues, escalation, and swift resolution of issues, including remediation.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experience.
- Ensure that the origination process complies with all regulatory requirements.
- Analyse product performance, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who can demonstrate strong delivery experience in Agile ways of working, strategic thinking, and execution of initiatives at pace that drive business value. You will have strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, including the ability to progress multiple initiatives concurrently. A tertiary degree in Legal, Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline is highly regarded.
