Job Overview

As a technical infrastructure team lead, you will play a pivotal role in initiating and leading operational processes. This includes supporting a culture that fosters career growth, providing learning and development opportunities, and offering a bonus scheme and corporate private health cover.

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to core infrastructure services, escalate urgent matters, develop infrastructure designs, evaluate and maintain server system solutions, and collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and Regional teams to support project activities.

We are seeking a demonstrated leader with experience working in multiple disciplines, proven experience with the Microsoft stack, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize Infrastructure activities and support requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to core infrastructure services
  • Evaluate, design, and maintain server system solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and Regional teams to support project activities
Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in a leadership role with multiple disciplines
  • Proven experience with the Microsoft stack (O365, Windows platform, Azure)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
  • High energy and a professional outlook
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize Infrastructure activities and support requests
