Key Performance Area: Business Process Development
- Develop Verint Engagement Management Business and Workflow Processes
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for both cloud and on-premise solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
- Challenge Requirements through appropriate channels
- Design and implement end to end business processes using a proprietary IDE and development framework
- Utilise appropriate integration mechanisms (REST Web services, Message queues) to interface with external systems
- Implement custom user interfaces using core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SpringBoot, Thymeleaf)
- Support the delivery project
- Report progress to Project Manager/Team Leader
- Provide estimates of new functionality to the Project Manager
- Be aware of project business aims as well as implementation requirements
- Provide input to and review project Impact Assessment and Change Control collateral
- Ensure adherence to design
- Align to Technical System Specification
- Adhere to Technical Best Practice defined by Technical Architect
- Ensure code/processes meet project non-functional requirements for performance, throughput, robustness, scalability etc.
