About Pro ClimaPro Clima is growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with architects, builders and distributors to lift the standard of building envelope performance. You'll be joining a values-driven team known for practical, science-based solutions and hands-on technical support.
The roleReporting to the Technical Innovation Manager (Oceania), you'll be the go-to technical specialist for customers, distributors and our Australian sales team—providing advice, training and solutions across our innovative building systems.
What you'll do
- Deliver practical, technical training (in-person and online).
- Provide day-to-day technical advice to customers and channel partners.
- Support the sales team with consultative, solution-led selling.
- Collaborate with Marketing to produce clear, science-based technical content and collateral.
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Represent the brand professionally and live our values in every interaction.
Must-haves
- Trade or vocational background in carpentry, joinery or construction.
- 3–5+ years' construction or building-products experience.
- Practical knowledge of building codes/standards (Aust/NZ) and building-envelope principles.
- Confident communicator and trainer; customer-service mindset.
- Strong general computer skills; organised and responsive.
Great to have
- Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp).
- Experience delivering technical training and customer support.
- Certified Passive House Tradesperson—or willingness to obtain (we'll support you).
- Purpose-led work improving building quality and occupant health.

- Training and professional development (including Passive House support).
