About the Role

As a Technical Lead for IT Systems, you will be responsible for guiding your team in delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles to ensure consistency across the IT landscape and cultivate an IT Way of Working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a medium-sized team of IT Professionals/Specialists in developing and maintaining IT systems
  • Develop long-term strategic banking systems direction and drive software life cycle upgrades
  • Provide system design services and manage internal suppliers and IT vendors
  • Identify and remove impediments and provide supervision to ensure adherence to policies and standards

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent, qualifications in Lean or Agile desirable
  • At least 10 years' industry experience in system design, development, testing, and/or project implementation planning
  • 5+ years' experience in leading small/medium-sized teams, experienced in Core Banking Systems and Agile methodology
