Job Title: Building Information Modeling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks, as well as other related programs such as AUTO CAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Composite Designs
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Stakeholders
  • Conduct Efficient High-Quality Design Reviews

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and Navisworks
  • Work Space Design and Layout Experience
  • Clash Detection Experience: Proven experience in clash detection and conflict resolution in 3D models
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and present results
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with different disciplines and managing interpersonal relationships
  • Problem Solving: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and find effective solutions
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, meeting established deadlines
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the project and tools used, as well as a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
