  • Assist in preparing compelling capability statements, proposals, tenders, and presentations to showcase the firm's strengths and services.
  • Coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events, including seminars, webinars, and client briefings to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Maintain and enhance marketing collateral, including practice area content, lawyer profiles, and credentials to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, managing website content updates and social media channels to engage with clients and promote the firm's expertise.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development within professional services (ideally legal or accounting).
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with proven attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and formats.
  • Digital marketing skills, including proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
