Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to support our team in providing exceptional service to short-term guests and residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role and possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supporting the Guest Services Assistant, overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, coordinating bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, liaising with contractors and service providers, and ensuring operations align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of short-term rental operations, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.
