We're currently seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our Chapel Hill team and support a Senior Property Manager in the day-to-day running of a well-maintained portfolio.

THE ROLE

This is a fast-paced role with a mix of in-office and on-the-road responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their day. You'll spend your time out in the field conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance, showing properties, and supporting a Senior Property Manager, while also gaining valuable experience with the administrative side of managing a portfolio.

You'll also receive full training and mentorship from a team of highly experienced leaders to ensure your long-term success in real estate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine inspections, entry condition reports, and open homes
• Assist with tenancy applications and lease preparation
• Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance and tenancy matters
• Support with coordinating trades and following up on works
• Ensure properties are well presented and compliant
• Learn and grow under the guidance of a supportive team leader

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, great with people, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

You'll need:

• 12 months experience in real estate (preferred, but not essential)
• A reliable car and valid driver's licence
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for property
