We have an exciting role available for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, guest services or a hospitality-related role and a strong understanding of short-term rental operations. They will be proactive and hands-on with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A key aspect of this role is to support the Guest Services Assistant to provide an exceptional experience for short-term guests and residents. This includes overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready, coordinating bookings, check-ins and check-outs, liaising with contractors and service providers and managing tenant and guest inquiries.The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all operations align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.
