Job Title:

Senior Test Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the testing and validation of safety-critical systems.

  • Lead a team of test engineers in implementing test strategies, plans, and methodologies.
  • Oversee test design, automation, execution, and defect management for embedded and application-level software.
  • Develop and implement effective test plans and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508 & ISO 26262).
  • Maintain strong knowledge of model-based testing – HIL and SIL testing environments, as well as experience with test management and requirement tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jira, ALM).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in software testing including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in testing safety-critical systems in line with ISO 13849, IEC 61508, and ISO 26262.
  • Strong background in test automation, CI/CD, and safety validation tools.
  • Experience with test management and requirement tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jira, ALM).
