Senior Software Testing Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Testing Manager to lead our software testing team. As a Senior Software Testing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive software testing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute software testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Lead a team of testers in planning, executing, and reporting on software testing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain software testing frameworks, scripts, and tools to support automation and efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on testing results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for future testing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in automation and test engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with web automation frameworks using Selenium.
  • Able to work with and automate desktop applications using Java.
  • Strong DevOps skills, including CI/CD pipeline creation and troubleshooting.
  • IAM Testing experience (nice to have).

Interested candidates should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and agile principles. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
