Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global team of test engineers in the verification and validation of safety-critical systems.

About the Role

  • Create and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and methodologies aligned with industry standards for compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the design, automation, execution, and defect management of embedded and application-level software testing.
  • Ensure the validation of safety-related software components, including hardware-software integration testing.
  • Promote the adoption of test automation tools, continuous integration/continuous testing pipelines, and metrics dashboards.

Your Background/Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in Software Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated experience in testing safety-critical systems in line with industry standards.
  • Extensive experience in embedded systems, control software, and safety validation.
  • Strong background in test management and requirement tools.
  • Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and safety validation tools.
  • Familiarity with model-based testing – HIL and SIL testing environments.
