Quality Assurance Leader

Our organization seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to spearhead software quality assurance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating user stories into functional and non-functional test artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze relevant information about assigned content to prepare thorough test plans
  • Guarantee the quality of delivered versions through comprehensive testing
  • Prioritize and perform appropriate types of testing
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement automated tests
  • Report any anomalies found during testing and take ownership of tasks
  • Report on project status and progress to senior management
  • Document defects and provide clear test documentation using available tools
  • Anticipate risk and ensure timely action on technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Proven ability to write test cases, execute tests, and document defects
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain and query test data using SQL
  • Experience with automating test cases and integrating with CI/CD pipelines
