Job Title: System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, as well as other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee system performance, security, and user access for Dayforce and related applications
  • Identify and implement technology solutions that align with our architecture and business requirements
  • Prepare and maintain solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation for stakeholders
  • Manage integrations and resolve system issues to support business continuity
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives through design, communication, and solution delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years + experience with Dayforce preferred
  • Certification in an industry-recognized architecture framework, business analysis or related methodology
  • Tertiary Qualification in a business or technology-related discipline
